Summer Reading

Just in case you are looking for some good summer fiction reads, here are some that I have enjoyed this year and would recommend.

The Help
The Art of Running in the Rain
The Elegance of the Hedgehog
Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet
Water for Elephants
The Story of Edgar Sawtelle

Hi Maureen! I like your choice of summer reads. Water For Elephants and The Help are 2 of my favorites.
As I mentioned to you in class, I am currently reading Breakfast With Buddha, by Roland Merullo. I haven't finished it yet but I'm really enjoying it so far. I'm trying not to COMPLAIN about the weather so I'll just consider it a good opportunity to finish the book. :)

Thanks Susan.
I am on a reading jag and so enjoying really good fiction with great writing. It seems there is always a reflection of what yoga philosophy teaches us in many of these books.
Your selection sounds intriguing.

On the weather, I just enjoy the fact that it is warmish and I don't have to water my pots. :)
